Welcome to Phila Africa 2012

Phila-Africa 2012 is the first All African Exhibition of Postage stamps and philatelic products to be hosted by Nigeria. This Exhibition is being organized by The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) under the auspices of Pan African Postal Union (PAPU).

Phila Africa has its history from the former East African Stamp Exhibition which were held on rotational basis among  the three sister Postal Administrations of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Phila Africa is specifically encouraged to foster harmonious relationship and goodwill among philatelists and postage stamp enthusiast from different parts of Africa and beyond...... More»
